Walking, wandering. Exploring labyrinths_Trujillo and Bandín BND_2023
This title defined the work that both artists Trujillo and Bandín/BND exhibited at the Araguaney Foundation in Santiago de Compostela, a wonderful project that brought us together again after 6 years since our last collective exhibition "Case nada en común" in 2017. We chose the same theme (Walking, wandering) and technique (Watercolor/Cardboard) for this collaboration, and all I can say is that it was a wonderful experience that gave me... the experience and the necessary strength to continue creating art and showing it to the world.

Here is an excerpt from the conceptual proposal of the exhibition...
Walking is one of the most human and complete functions that exist. In a metaphorical sense, we walk and move to conquer new spaces, situations, and experiences. The life of every human being is a mysterious path that we travel in different ways, each one in their own, always aware or not of what tomorrow will bring.
Reflecting on our past experiences, we understand that it has not been an easy path, not even a straight line; in fact, it has been full of bifurcations, of paths that, at times, strayed from the main road and led us into tortuous dead-end labyrinths, of uphill and downhill stretches, of valleys where calm was appreciated, and of storms that swept away the old and obsolete to make way for something new and wonderful each day.
