TrujilloArt Shipping Policy

Each TrujilloArt artwork is prepared and shipped using a premium five-layer packaging protocol designed to protect it during transit to its destination.

Preparation, delivery times and shipping rates

Order preparation takes 3 business days before the artwork is handed over to the carrier.

The following estimated delivery times include both preparation and transit:

Spain and Portugal: 5–10 business days. Free shipping.

Other eligible European destinations: 6–13 business days. Free shipping.

United States: 6–13 business days. Free shipping.

These delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs procedures, shipping disruptions or other circumstances beyond TrujilloArt control may delay delivery. When you begin checkout, an estimated delivery date range will be displayed based on your destination and shipping option.

Transport and tracking

Shipments to the United States and eligible European destinations are arranged from Spain through Mail Boxes Etc., using FedEx or UPS, depending on the service selected for each order. All artworks are shipped with tracking and transport insurance included, subject to the terms and coverage of the selected service.

Customs duties and import taxes

TrujilloArt covers any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance or handling fees that may apply to shipments to the United States and eligible destinations, both within and outside the European Union, at no additional cost to the buyer. However, customs authorities or the carrier may request additional documentation from the buyer to complete customs clearance.

Canvas restretching and local framing

Works on canvas include full reimbursement of the cost of restretching at your destination. Take your artwork to a trusted local framing shop and send the receipt or invoice to info@trujilloart.com to request reimbursement. The outer decorative frame is not covered by this reimbursement.

For all works on cardstock, Trujillo reimburses the cost of local framing and matting. Have the work completed at a trusted local framing shop and send the receipt or invoice to info@trujilloart.com to request reimbursement.

These services are carried out locally and reimbursed upon submission of the receipt or invoice. Works on cardstock are shipped without a frame or mat.

Shipping costs

The price displayed in the store includes free shipping to eligible destinations, with no minimum purchase amount. For shipments to the United States and Europe, TrujilloArt also covers customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance or handling fees, at no additional cost to the buyer for these charges.
