2. Watercolors and Similar Items:

For customers outside Europe who have purchased watercolors and similar items, expect an order preparation, shipping, and delivery time of approximately 2 weeks. While we strive to handle these items with the same care, the packaging requirements are usually less complex than those for canvas artworks. Therefore, the shipping process for these items typically takes less time.

Shipping Within Europe:

Customers in Europe can expect their orders to arrive approximately one week earlier than the estimated order preparation, shipping, and delivery times for countries outside Europe. This means that for "canvas artworks," delivery may take around 3 weeks, and watercolors and similar items should arrive in approximately one week.
