Each TrujilloArt artwork is prepared and shipped using a premium five-layer packaging protocol designed to ensure its integrity all the way to your door.
Delivery times and rates
Spain and Portugal: 2–10 business days. Free shipping.
Rest of Europe: 2–10 business days. Free shipping.
United States: 7–14 business days. Free shipping.
Shipping We ship with DHL Express, UPS or FedEx International. All artworks travel with comprehensive insurance included.
Customs and import taxes
We ship our artworks from Spain worldwide. Below you will find information about customs conditions in the main international destinations, so you can understand which charges may apply upon delivery.
United States
Original hand-painted artworks are generally exempt from customs duties in the United States under the tariff classification for original artworks. The carrier may charge a small customs handling fee, which will be communicated before delivery.
United Kingdom
Following Brexit, shipments may be subject to reduced import VAT for original artworks. This amount is the buyer’s responsibility, and the carrier will contact you to arrange payment before delivery.
Switzerland
Orders may be subject to the reduced Swiss VAT rate for artworks, payable by the buyer. The carrier will contact you to arrange payment before delivery.
Complimentary re-stretching service
Canvas artworks include complimentary re-stretching at destination. Take the artwork to your trusted local framer, send the receipt or invoice to info@trujilloart.com, and we will reimburse you in full.
The outer frame is not included in the reimbursement. For artworks on card, the frame and passe-partout are included.
Shipping costs and possible import charges
The price shown in the store includes the shipping costs. Any import taxes or carrier customs handling fees that may apply are the buyer’s responsibility.
